To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每逢KKday 出優惠買一送一我家一行十幾人都會去Momo Cafe by Countryard Marriot 大吃一餐因為以三百幾蚊可以食到自助餐同有生蠔🦪龍蝦任食的確係非常抵食呀⋯⋯這是我第三次去這處食自助餐。雖然始終熟食方面係一般菜式，如燒生牛肉，原蛊燉湯、白切雞，原條石班魚和麵檔同埋有個Corner 位主攻燒物同西湯選擇。前菜方面都有沙律🥗生果、同埋有幾款芝士和煙火腿既。今次另我眼前一亮係沙田雞粥夠火喉入味⋯⋯蒸龍蝦🦞係熱辣辣的同有三款唔同醬汁配搭。首選汁像芝士松露汁非常出色😋刺身方面都選擇多除一般必有的三文魚、八爪魚🐙吞拿魚外^佢地仲有生蝦油甘魚同我不停encore 嘅鮮甜帶子剌身不過今次有點失色係生蠔🦪不夠肥美所以我只排左兩轉咋😞海鮮方面都有蝦、長腳蟹同軟殼蟹🦀蛋糕方面亦都不算多款式但個椰奶芝麻奶凍又喜出望外喎⋯⋯唔太甜有qq 感佢哋都有萄tart 椰tart 同窩夫🧇配埋四款味道揀嘅movenpick 雪糕🍧唔想食太凍嘅甜品佢地都有豆腐花或雪耳桃膠選擇🔹如果可以再keep warm D仲好🔹總括而言-熟食味道款式係一般的。但如果喜歡海鮮剌身類嘅話真係一陣唔錯嘅自助餐

不過今次有點失色係生蠔🦪不夠肥美所以我只排左兩轉咋😞

海鮮方面都有蝦、長腳蟹同軟殼蟹🦀

蛋糕方面亦都不算多款式但個椰奶芝麻奶凍又喜出望外喎⋯⋯唔太甜有qq 感

佢哋都有萄tart 椰tart 同窩夫🧇配埋四款味道揀嘅movenpick 雪糕🍧

唔想食太凍嘅甜品佢地都有豆腐花或雪耳桃膠選擇🔹如果可以再keep warm D仲好🔹

總括而言-熟食味道款式係一般的。但如果喜歡海鮮剌身類嘅話真係一陣唔錯嘅自助餐
