本身我對omakase已經失去信心,尤其係lunch 既廚師發板,但係最近灣仔開左一間師承米芝蓮二星 五十嵐信幸,不過最近晚市停堂食,決定試一試下佢個lunch先12貫壽司廚師發板前菜有我另一半最愛既水雲 茶碗蒸水雲酸度適中 茶碗蒸配合新鮮日本小百合蒸得好滑 帶出鮮味壽司有池魚,白蝦,赤貝,赤海膽,赤身醬油漬,拖羅等等等等師傅刀功好好食得出細膩感有幾款配搭我特別鍾意❤️帆立貝+生紫菜 帆立貝鮮甜厚肉配合生紫菜增加鮮味少少咸香 好夾❤️ 深海池魚配木如花口感好滿足 食得出好新鮮 魚脂香配合木如花 ❤️三文魚籽配袖子皮依件令我好驚喜 滿滿嘅三文魚籽食落口脆脆嘅口感重點係非常之鮮甜一啲都唔會咸 加上有柚子香 完美👍🏻以呢一個價錢真係比到高質素嘅食物你,當然同夜晚嘅omakase冇得比,如果可以增加體驗咁咁就會更加吸引
