牛丸河,招牌手打牛丸好一般,牛味淡,只係質地滑,但又唔夠彈。紅磡郁香園丸之專門店既牛丸好食百倍!大粒滑彈味濃 juicy!硬河粉麻麻地,我要棉滑熱辣辣,依家唔夠熱,只係暖暖地,拖拖水就算,唔掂架喎。湯底清淡要加辣椒油同豉油先夠味,辣椒油微辣而極香口,麵豉味濃及帶甜,自家調製幾特別。豬手麵,招牌豬手無修甲,見到腳甲有啲壓力,您睇佢無修甲呀!搞到我諗起大陸木偶餐廳恐怖羊蹄。豬腳皮起晒枕喎,最終我都硬著頭皮照食。豬皮好爽口,充滿骨膠原,好補啊!我較鍾意無骨既淨肉,豬肉味鮮,肉汁澎湃,炆得質地幼嫩,好好食,滿意。原來可以要求淨肉走骨架喎,那就更好啦!幼麵普通,不過不失,不提也罷。掛上大量帶甜辣椒渣都好好味,無辣不歡的我。炸牛卷,人氣爆燈,個個爭住食。香氣同味道都勁似漢堡扒,不過帶一點淡淡鮮牛味道,質地好似牛腩。炸得腐皮香脆,裡面牛肉軟棉,又似免治牛,亦似漢堡扒,味道調得略咸,浸湯食都幾有趣。專登係粉嶺火車站行過黎,但只係十點半左右,十一點先開檔,但點解要成班食客堆係門口等呢?唔比坐住等?條路又窄,食客又唔係排隊,只係雜亂無章地塞住門口及行人路囉!係咪派號碼會更好呢?仲要有兩條單車友將兩架單車鎖
