To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於學業關係,加上成日去旅行,係內地都留過唔少時間,因為咁愛上左食麻辣燙,係內地食十成九都係地攤檔,衛生就一定唔好架啦,但食得就預左,亦唔知用啲咩油,總之就紅油一堆,用左唔知幾多日,但又平又惹味又夠辣!係香港好少有機會食,見到呢間寫到明係食麻辣燙,當然去試下。麻辣燙 最低消費$30起點左蘿蔔, 自制炒手, 牛腩, 西蘭花,冇加麵食。麻辣燙,湯底最緊要,一試......點解有啲似岀前一丁隻粉既味,不辣,不惹味,似餸浸味精湯,失望。我諗要搵到內地既味道,仲要花點時間。
