今日去開九龍城唔知講咩講起九龍城寨, 有個aunite話有間店好正不如去試試~雖然有卡位,總覺得食中菜坐圓枱開心d平時睇menu我覺得有圖畫係好重要的At least我知咩份量嘛!佢唔單止有pic,仲係中英對照, 英文落單no problem口水雞 未食主菜梗係嗌d小食long下肚吹住水等其他餸la切到好細好細嘅辣椒粒,葱粒,蒜粒同埋好豐富嘅醬粒組成嘅口水汁辣味好適中, 所有雞肉完全吸收哂辣味, 啖啖雞肉食完頭會出煙的七味黃金豆腐 好薄嘅炸粉coat住滑溜溜嘅豆腐, 表面灑滿哂好多flavor嘅味粉, 夾起無散到, 平時有好多都未必整到咁薄而唔crack開, 一入口食到外脆内軟嘅感覺啫啫芥蘭煲 上枱時真有啫啫聲~每條芥蘭都好翠綠, 仲有爆到勁有醎香味嘅肉粒點涰, 原個砂煲上枱熱力keep得好好, 每條芥蘭都係滿滿嘅濃香味金蒜燒汁斑頭腩 個人覺得li個係必嗌嘅餸, 上碟時已經份量十足, 斑頭腩嘅鮮味以脆炸嘅方式上碟, 薄薄一層祕製燒汁包住嫩滑嘅斑, 無咬到一口都係油, 唔覺唔覺食左好多粒~野菌焗帶子 驚喜!好多好大粒帶子同蘑菇, 沾上勁香herbs!我最欣賞

每啖都充滿南瓜絲+西米,好香好濃稠的用心製作

雖然間店係好忙但落單同姐姐好nice,

每道菜上枱都係心機,而且環境又正完全無酒樓嘈嘈閉
