今晚食左一餐非常好味的晚餐,除左食物菜式水準高之外,服務員對客人的態度亦十分好,令人尋回「家的味道」打正旗號叫「私房菜」應該是對自己製作的菜式有信心的表現今晚試咗一個二人晚餐,價錢只需$308,睇落應該唔錯先來前菜小食「陳年花雕醉鴨舌」,一上枱已經聞到陣陣酒香,份量亦不少,配上小許杞子,精美極的前菜「稻庭烏冬北海道帶子」配上芝麻醬山葵味,惹味又滋味,大大粒的北海道帶子,鮮甜美味,仲有滑滑的稻庭烏冬,好夾呀「上湯杞子浸芥膽」,濕濕潤潤,蒜頭杞子作引,帶出甘甜的芥菜味,清潤又滋補店員極力推介的「香橙江南小排骨」,係我全晚最欣賞的小菜,香橙味配排骨,天衣無縫的配搭,排骨酥軟肉香,外脆內軟,冇得彈還有生炒臘味糯米飯和咋喳作甜品,非常滿足的一頓晚餐呢間餐廳全晚都好旺場,證明香港人係識飲識食,識得揀還有餐廳的夥計對客人的態度非常好,客氣有禮,令人賓至如歸
