To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來到深水埗時刻都會找到驚喜。這天與朋友來到是想找一些舊物件來佈置一下家居，走得累了自然想坐下休息並找好吃的東西。這個冰室的設計算是新穎，坐下來都舒適。主打牛腩牛筋，所以便和朋友每人分別來一碗牛腩河及牛筋麵來嚐嚐。牛筋很軟，很易入口，湯底的味道也不錯。牛腩就更是一絕，瘦牛腩邊上有少許脂肪，一點都不會太肥，而且肉質很嫩，很易咀嚼。加上牛肉味很濃，真是非常的美味。更重要是價錢不高，下午茶的首選。另外還有牛雜金錢肚等，但因為不是正餐，人又不多，所以沒有品嚐，下次有機會的話一定要試埋佢哋。

 牛腩就更是一絕，瘦牛腩邊上有少許脂肪，一點都不會太肥，而且肉質很嫩，很易咀嚼。加上牛肉味很濃，真是非常的美味。更重要是價錢不高，下午茶的首選。
