To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在觀塘的繁華鬧市中，暗藏著不少小店，是值得我們去支持的。這次走到開源道，去了家工廈裡的茶餐廳。懷舊風的裝飾不花巧，挺有香港特色的感覺。食物選擇多元化，價格親民不貴🙈。-凍奶茶 +HKD$3｜茶走 HKD$16跟餐附送熱咖啡或茶，也可+$3轉凍飲或+$6升級特飲。奶茶和茶走色澤深色，茶味甘香不苦澀。分別之處是茶走用煉奶調製，不用額外放糖，飲起來質感較香滑。-安佳鮮油多 HKD$17鮮油多是個挺吸引的美食，平常也喜歡吃的。多士烘底後外層微脆，配著一層厚牛油更吸引。半融化的牛油配多士，這個味道吃過的也會喜歡。-什果蘋果粟米沙律 HKD$34夏日胃口不太好，吃個沙律來開開胃唄。賣相雖然平凡，但簡單的味道感覺開胃，用了多款什果口感豐富。-特色茶餐 HKD$34茶餐送熱咖啡或茶，點了西多士配花生醬。現點即做熱辣辣送來，可選擇配糖漿或煉奶。外脆內軟的質感，夾著濃郁的花生醬，再來一口奶茶挺享受的。-全日常餐 HKD$34沙嗲牛肉麵，轉韓版辛辣麵(+$3)，配火腿奄列及烘底多士($+1)。茶餐廳美食次一，一定要點沙嗲牛，香濃的醬汁拌麵吃，吃起來更惹味。牛肉大片肉質嫰滑，火腿奄列用料豐富，多士選烘底吃起來
