要食好嘢,當然去到邊食到邊。曾任和三昧鐵板燒主廚,自立門戶於大埔開設一如鐵板燒飯堂,坐位有限,必須訂位。來到先來個新鮮鮮甜加拿大海膽做前菜,今晚既鐵板燒晚餐正式開始。鮑魚新鮮貨到,選了鮑魚海鮮餐,鮑魚size超大,眼見主廚刀刀利落,以鮑魚片及鮑魚粒兩款上枱,可嚐到不同口感,肉質鮮甜,口感彈牙,輕輕海鹽巳帶出鮑魚的鮮甜味,真正吃到最住部分當然晤少得鮑魚既膏位,雖然極為邪惡,但這甘香再配上sake 實在回味。鵝肝外脆內軟,配上多士減肥膩感 清酒煮硯,太正,全湯飲清。鐵板燒怎少得日本和牛,鹿兒島和牛粒上,入口即溶,我較喜歡粒上多於薄切,太喜歡每口重重牛肉及肥膏香混在一起的味道,可以説,一日辛勞的大解放。最後來個足本加拿大海膽炒飯,海膽生熟程度剛好,粒粒均勻,絕不嗎呼,幾飽都食晒。
