大概已經唔記得自己幾耐冇去過泰國，有啲掛住泰國嘅火山排骨知道香港原來有間餐廳係供應泰國火山排骨煲忍唔住晏晝同姐姐去試吓！每次去泰國都會行吓當地嘅夜市返嚟夜市除咗當地特色小食，我唔可以錯過火焰排骨！！！軟殼蟹米紙卷透薄嘅米紙可見裏面包着軟殼蟹、甘筍絲，青瓜絲同芒果肉。米紙煙韌，軟殼蟹香脆可口，配埋爽口嘅蔬菜絲，口感豐富，入口清新之餘，仲好開胃！火山排骨排骨層層疊，疊成火山一樣，非常之吸睛！小份嘅火山排骨，二人食綽綽有餘！呢個時候要戴上手套開始拎起排骨頭！排骨頭精心熬煮，排骨煮得香軟，輕輕一推排骨嘅嫩肉就輕易脫落，配埋餐廳特製嘅芫茜辣椒蒜香醬汁，香辣鍋之餘八點甜酸，惹味得來毫不肥膩！不過唔食得辣嘅朋友就可能要撥走啲辣椒啊！泰式金邊粉泰式金邊粉可以話每次去泰國必食嘅一個主食，金邊粉炒到乾身而且有鑊氣，搬來芽菜花生同青靈汁一齊食夜魅得來不油膩！大概已經唔記得自己幾耐冇去過泰國，有啲掛住泰國嘅蒜香排骨煲知道香港原來有間餐廳係供應泰國豬骨煲忍唔住晏晝同姐姐去試吓！泰
