敏華冰廳太古康怡分店某金髮女員工,屢次對顧客的態度超惡劣,對顧客視而不見。今次同朋友一齊諗住去食下午茶,見到有位,於是自己行過去枱邊我好有禮貌去請該員工幫忙執枱,我叫咗佢一次佢聽唔到,之後我輕輕掂佢膊頭一下。佢叫我唔好拍佢。我同佢講: 係我叫,你聽唔到佢反而話我講嘢太斯文。我心諗: 我係咪要用惡劣嘅態度叫你幫我執枱?!仲叫我哋唔使將個隔板擺喺枱中間。其實我哋去到嘅時候個板已經係放喺枱中間,唔係我哋自己放。好明顯佢對店面的情況唔係好清楚。已inbox CS投訴!
