Restaurant: Choi Fook Delight Banquet

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本人乃這酒樓常客,但今午對於收銀處員工態度惡劣,實在忍無可忍,今午原本叫咗「菜遠肉絲湯米」,部長轉頭嚟話「無雪菜」先至知落錯單。後來嚟啱咗2碗「菜遠肉𢇁湯米」。到「埋單」,我無留意單據項目下,照舊找數。後嚟發覺單據項目「肉絲湯米(加雪菜)」仍未改返「菜遠肉絲湯米」,懷疑價錢唔同,於是搵部長向收銀員查詢,對方拒絕改單。本人即時去收銀處查問,對方態度惡劣,堅拒改單並聲稱唔怕任何人投訴,佢點都會無事🥹😅⋯⋯這是否今天應有的服務態度?一間公司能否進步是要繼續聘用這種員工?難道全香港無人可以做到收銀員或無人可以替代如此劣質的員工?一間公司的聲譽非一朝一夕所得,只要有一個半個劣質的員工,已可以影響公司形象。希望有關管理層會跟進改善
