To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次到這間茶餐廳，其實有點兒遠，不過還好，因為可以完成特別任務。可能由於比較偏遠，而附近有沒有辦公大樓，所以人流亦都比較少。雖然門面都比較舊，但是內裏的裝修反而比較新簇。卡位以及中間的座位還算乾淨企理，餐牌沒有什麼特別，也是早餐、常餐，以及是日午餐等等。因為比較炎熱，以及午餐沒有太吸引，於是又點了個常餐。沙嗲牛肉麵的麵條還算彈牙，不算太軟林，牛肉不太多，有點兒老火腿奄列，煎得比較熟，內裏火腿還算不少，但是奄列比較油膩。常餐有蒜蓉法包還是罕見，法包薄片，上面有幾粒蒜蓉，還算比較特色。凍檸茶，茶味一般，不算濃郁，檸檬尚算新鮮，起碼有四片，也算有誠意。
