To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約咗一班朋友聚會，一早係app叫定元氣壽司外賣自取。落咗單七點攞，準時去到就有得攞，唔洗等。店員仲會同你核對張單嘅內容。最近做緊聖誕新年優惠，自取套餐都非常抵食。我地六個人，叫咗一個四至五人餐，同埋一個三文魚拼盤，仲有泡芙同埋單獨買多咗10幾件牛肉壽司。元氣既壽司係好食既，連小食壽司既朋友都話好食。壽司又唔怕外賣自取而攤凍咗唔好食，所以適合同朋友聚會買。成個購買嘅過程同埋啲壽司都係好OK，會再幫襯！
