To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有好多朋友都有問,香港邊度食片皮鴨好?我的選擇有幾間,價錢收費卻有返咁上下。 呢間街坊酒樓,誤打誤撞之下吃到一隻非常不錯的即燒片皮鴨,值得介紹一下。 「松露西施玉帶珊湖」$128,賣相似賽磅蟹,查實是蛋白炒西蘭花帶子珊瑚䂜,吃時伴些醋,不太覺有松露香,味道還不錯,係貴咗啲啲。 餐廳的招牌菜「北京片皮鴨」,一隻才$198 (頭先碟蛋白西蘭花都要 $128!),即叫即燒,配菜包括青蔥、烤鴨醬、薄餅,而且可以加錢一鴨兩吃: 烤鴨皮脆,若果可以沾砂糖吃就更正。肉很厚,配青蔥、薄餅,混着甜醬一起吃,滋味。 第二吃可以要求用鴨殼炆苦瓜、做椒鹽鴨殼,或者炒「七彩鴨絲」$68 鴨絲質地比想像中「鞋」,下次我會試炆苦瓜。不過整體來說,$198 有一隻即叫即燒的美味片皮鴨,夠十個人食,扺吃。 海鮮點了「三杯酒斑腩煲」$118,以魚代雞做三杯魚,都一樣香。奇怪在魚有很多骨,似斑頭腩多啲。 「㰖角醬燒骨」$88 以鹹香取勝,做得唔錯的小菜,惹味好下飯。 「脆皮西檸雞」$98,與想像中有些出入?起初以為是雞扒切片,原來是雞丁,粉漿也如綿胎一樣厚,唔叫呢味冇損失。 蔬菜「鮮竹淮山浸皇帝菜」$
