To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天去了白石角海濱長廊逛逛，晚上順便在科學園裡「搵食」。我們揀了囍慶酒樓，價錢算實惠，菜式選擇都有很多，我們六點去食就唔使等位，七點多後開始多人。上湯焗加拿大龍蝦(伊麵底)龍蝦份量十足，足有一隻份量，夠新鮮，啖啖肉，爽滑入味，價錢只是108，抵吃，必叫之選！孖寶A-金蒜粉絲蒸皇帝貝一碟有六大隻扇貝，新鮮、味道鮮甜。孖寶A-鵝肝醬貢菜炒什菌鵝肝醬炒什菌, 第一次試，什菌乾身不油膩，貢菜爽口。花膠鵝掌海參煲海參、花膠及鴨掌夠哂淋及入味。鮮腐竹一品齋夠爽口。糖水有紅豆沙待應服務殷勤，經常同我哋換碟。又龍蝦又扇貝又海參花膠鵝掌，都只是吃了五百多元，抵吃。
