To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去樂富係為左玩同影個場嘅聖誕佈置嘅,咁跟手係對面求其揾食。主要見門口麵包幾吸引,就決定入去食了。三文魚滑蛋蓋蕃茄湯天使麵,重點在個湯好味,我飲晒。點都要叫返個菜食,菜款不多,芝士白沖煙氝焗西蘭花,幾好味,煙肉唔太多,白汁唔太咸。炸魚薯條,一向鐘意食,不過個炸魚細塊左,可能將貨就價,因為佢都算平,$42一客。原來半價就有一杯特飲(沙冰除外),總之點都要叫返杯西柚檸檬特飲啦!半價喎。原來好飲,有鮮果肉加梳打水,好balance,想encore,不過飽了。整體價錢合理得黎講,都算抵食同好食。普通茶記再高級少少。最後,用張單,加$8,有個純朱古力軟雪糕,好味呀!
