To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期二買左戲票9:55‘破地獄’，8:30在六樓的食店已經沒有客人排隊，唯獨是元氣仲有一大排客人等位。約十五分鐘後入座，本人有幾年冇去過元氣幫襯，所以都吾知有咩食。老公點左壽司、軍艦、湯同啤酒，佢食曬所有佢點的食物，份量剛剛好，品質亦好好。我點左腐皮湯烏冬、炸雞件、炸芝士年糕同天婦羅野菜，湯烏冬好熱、又煙靭，炸雞件外皮好脆內軟有肉汁，炸芝士年糕-外皮好脆、內𥚃係年糕包著芝士軟軟的。我冇點飲品，因為有綠茶粉，可以加入熱水，濃淡自己控制👍依家元氣價錢相宜，每款菜式吾會好大，相當適合兩口之家😄
