To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然我唔知有無香港人唔識呢間或者未試過，但係我都簡單講下用餐體驗比大家有多個參考啦今天呢間坐落沙田新城市廣場第一期4樓位置，基本上一上電梯就睇到，起Lifetastic 隔離雖然話有二十間分店，但係都預左晚餐時間去要排隊，我估大部分都分店都係，大商場既更加唔洗講，一係就早少少去攞飛，如果唔系預翻1個鐘左右等入座（至少沙田呢間系）環境其實間間都差不多，座位叫坐得舒服，然後一人一個烤爐，自己燒自己食，幾好既係有檔可以隔絕所有無必要既眼神接觸，似一比一復刻日本拉麵店，適合一人用餐野食基本上都係一個套餐入面有飯有肉有湯有沙律，可以根據個人喜好/ 食量加錢增加肉量，換紫菜飯，加溫泉蛋等等，飲品不包起套餐入面，但係都不貴，多重選擇都不錯我地同行兩人叫左一人一個套餐：🥩牛小排 & 牛板腱套餐 $158 (200g) 🥩和牛LIKE 套餐 $148 (150g) 牛板腱 + 牛舌 + 日本產和牛肩骼肉其實d肉都無乜好講，百零蚊燒肉主要都係想過下口隱但係d肉既質素系ok既，融雪做得都幾好，基本上我地食果d 都無任何異常佢地仲有其中一個賣點就係枱頭有幾款調味汁/ 料可以自己任用，唔會齋燒無其他野做，我地都
