To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個人定同一班朋友都可完全自組想食嘅嘢，套餐價錢唔貴。🥓LIKE套餐一次過試晒牛舌、牛五花及橫膈膜肉。薄切牛舌爽口，燒到脆身好香口。牛五花嘅油脂香氣濃郁。牛横膈膜較厚身有咬口。🥩牛小排 & 牛板腱套餐牛小排佈滿網狀油花，肉質軟嫩，入口溶化。牛板腱肉質較結實，牛肉味香濃。套餐配白飯、和風湯及泡菜或迷你沙律。我鐘意轉成木魚絲紫菜飯再加雞蛋，送燒肉真係一流！仲有多款醬汁選擇，包括蒜香醬油、鹽味醬、原味BBQ、辣味噌醬、韓式辣醬及胡麻醬。整體自由度好高😆
