To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本來想試新野，不過今日遲左出黎，附近太多人，間間都冇位，行下行下就嚟咗呢間排骨店門口，同事話幾好食既，老闆又話唔使等好耐，就試下啦~企咗門口大約五分鐘，已經諗定想食咩啦~我哋一行四人，入咗去畀咗張圓枱我哋，望望餐牌，其實佢任佢點配搭都得㗎。雲吞配排骨又得，紫菜捲配排骨又得，菜膽配牛肉又得，你諗到嘅就可以配俾你啦~菜膽牛肉雲吞麵 - 牛肉其實係牛展，我幾鐘意食，同台灣麵既牛展差唔多。雞翼麵 - 雞翼炸得好香口，脆得黎唔油膩排骨麵 - 排骨炸得外脆肉軟，唔怪得係招牌之作總括黎講，份量都幾夠，男人食都飽，$40左右有碗有質素既上海麵算好抵，會經常黎~
