今日放工和媽媽在家附近的黃大仙中心閒逛著,路過這間屬黃大仙較新式的上海菜餐廳,門面企理高檔,看見七時未夠還有吉座,於是我們便內進一試。門口的侍應姐姐安排我們安坐4人卡位,感覺舒服,而店內侍應亦隨即為我們送上熱茶及餐牌,招呼不錯。《四小拼 $92》四小拼包括肴肉、熏魚、烤夫、小排骨。小排骨酸酸甜甜,肉質鬆軟易咬,而骨亦比較細,吃起來還是啖啖肉。肴肉晶瑩剔透,肉色鮮紅,但中間的豬蹄肉較少,而味道較淡,幸好店家提供香醋以供調味。用面筋製成的烤夫呈褐黃色,像海綿一樣有很多氣孔,質感鬆軟而即使經過油炸變成金黃色亦不感到油膩,味道咸咸的。《四川怪味雞 $68》另一款冷盤:賣相精緻討好,我們幸運地得到雞脾和雞翼,雞肉嫩滑而醬汁味道咸中帶辣,香料味道層次分明,口感和味道都十分豐富。《雞絲水晶粉皮 $58》再來冷盤:粉皮、雞絲、青瓜絲比例恰到好處,夏天最適合吃涼拌粉皮,整個菜式清新而不油膩,青瓜切得幼細但仍爽脆香甜,面層的花生醬香滑而粉皮入口清爽。《上海小籠包 $32》小籠包粒粒漲卜卜,皮算薄身,一咬下去肉汁不算太多所以不會很燙口,中間的豬肉份量很多,肉夠鮮甜。《肉鬆燒餅 $32》必點!驚喜之作!一客三
