To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幫襯了意樂很多次,一直以為已寫食評,今天查看記錄才知未寫,上OpenRice原來才發現意樂是很大的連鎖餐廳。..因疫情關係,枱與枱之間有加隔板,我喜歡他們的隔板,首先多色彩,令人心情都愉快些,第二是有內容提點大家要守的規矩,第三是夠大塊,真正起到隔離作用,不像很多其他餐廳只是象徵式的加塊板。..下午茶餐選擇多,足有4版😊價錢經濟,二十幾蚊 (連餐飲) 都有。有飽類如🐷扒飽、西多士、雞翼、意粉、飯等。..下午茶餐牌:晚餐及正餐也有鋸扒,餐牌也有好幾版: 自選雙拼意大利濃湯扁意粉 (鮮野菌及煎熟蛋) 下午茶餐 $31 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️家人叫了的是熟蛋,其實意樂標榜他們的煎焗流心蛋,不過家人想安全些便要熟蛋。.剛好今天好像有少少失準,平時的蕃茄湯比較濃,上次還有片南瓜🎃。味道還是不錯的。..b] 蛋黃煙肉卡邦尼長通粉下午茶餐 $39 ⭐️⭐️⭐️這個一看便知不是正宗的卡邦尼,如果整得好味的話其實都無所謂,不過這碟我覺得好像淡口無落鹽,我加了少許胡椒粉調還是可以的,反正少鹽一點也健康些。不過我都是只給3分。我喜歡夠汁。要了熱華田,現在改善了,以前覺得似有少少華田色的糖加水,現在是正常的,欣賞意樂的改善👍
