To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

運動後路經西湾河，被這間不像茶餐廳的下午茶餐牌吸引，雖不是很有特色，但與平時的茶記又有些分別，價錢介乎$20多元到$40。筆者點了一份炸魚柳配生果沙律及薯條，加阿華田熱飲，以$32元的價錢算抵食。等了10多分鐘，新鮮熱辣的食物呈現眼前，大大塊魚柳比一只成人手掌還要大，加上一堆份量不小的薯條，全部熱辣辣，新鮮即製，實在是一頓豐富的下午茶，又幸好配上小量的生果沙律，可以減輕了煎炸食品的油膩感，若沙律醬份量可以輕手一點就更完美。
