To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間店近Poly,啱好1:30落堂之後慢慢嚟到食下午茶餐。品種都幾多,有好多款可以揀。最想食嘅牛肉沙嗲即食麵加滑蛋腸仔多士冇賣,就揀咗好熱氣嘅炸雞髀同西多士。雖然等嘅過程比較耐,一齊去嘅friend已經差唔多食晒先上,但個人感覺都係值得等一等。雞髀係現炸嘅,出邊襯皮脆脆地,入邊啲肉都好Juicy。好大隻雞髀,食落飽腹感很強。茶餐由兩點做到六點,如果晏晝四點嚟食返一份晚餐都可以唔使再食。西多士同我以往食嘅有啲唔係好類似,夾心嘅餡,除咗花生醬之外,仲有一啲雞蛋起入邊。上面淋咗少少面奶,另加一份牛油比大家自己加。整體嚟講係比較鬆軟嘅口感,唔會好似有啲茶餐廳咁做到好乾。成份下午茶餐一共$39另配一杯熱飲,抵食,有興趣嘅可以嚟試吓。
