To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺荔枝角返工成日食茶記外賣太油膩加上天氣咁悶熱日本嘢絕對係好選擇😋長沙灣元氣壽司係元州商場嘅街舖2:30pm-5:30pm係下午茶時段3點黎到唔太多人，亦唔駛排隊自選壽司盛+小食+輕食都幾抵食！今次揀左1A刺身+壽司➕2B炸墨魚軟骨➕3C綠茶蕎麥冷麵🍱刺身同壽司一如以往🍣質素唔錯 亦算新鮮炸墨魚軟骨係即叫即炸味道OK如果鍾意食雞軟骨嘅朋友應該都啱食綠茶蕎麥麵🍜低脂健康之選冷麵汁係淡淡嘅鏗魚汁mix少少wasabi食麵質軟硬度適中，唔會太淋清清地都幾好唔好睇小呢個tea set嘅份量壽司+小食+麵食完真係好飽肚！最後要收加一服務費埋單$68真係好抵食👍🏻👍🏻另外，有個肥肥地嘅服務員超好service！笑容親切，態度又好有禮貌，值得一讚👍🏻因為現今真係少有咁heart又年青嘅侍應生❤️
