To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日打算同啲仔去天水圍游夜水，不如早啲出門，去洪水橋一帶搵食先⋯點知突然出住太陽都落大雨，我哋又無帶遮，見到有間餐廳就直入啦⋯⋯ 點知6:03仲俾我哋叫到下午茶當晚餐，三十幾蚊連飲品，好抵食呀！豉油皇豬扒炒麵好夠鑊氣，豬扒夠淋，不錯！揚州炒飯賣相炒得好靚，粒粒分明，但入口完全無味嘅？阿姐亦馬上攞入廚房加鹽翻炒⋯但仍然無味⋯最後我哋再用餐枱嘅鹽，依然幫助不大⋯係啲鹽唔咸？諗極都唔明上海炒粗單看顏色就知道當然不及去上海菜館吃到的惹味及好吃了，但這裡仍算是足料，小兒子還是喜歡吃⋯
