今日咁啱出旺角整啲嘢,餃子癮起,又嚟食餃子源😂。原來14:00-18:00有下午茶餐,我哋分別叫咗🐽炸豬扒擔擔麵同🥟8隻雙拼煎餃,跟餐可揀菊花茶、山楂茶或豆漿。🍜炸豬扒擔擔麵餐($49)湯嘅顏色比以前深色左,一上枱好香花生醬味,濃比以前食嘅香濃咗,有好多炒香咗嘅花生、醃青瓜(好入味😋),炸豬扒好香脆,上海幼麵彈牙,吸埋啲湯汁好正!哩款好啱愛重口味人仕。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🥟雙拼煎餃子餐($49)我揀咗西洋菜餃同京蔥羊肉餃,三面煎過嘅餃子非常香脆,但我覺得西洋菜餃還是比較適合水煮,煎的話菜嘅香甜味會被蓋過。相反京蔥羊肉餃就好適合煎嚟食,煎完令京蔥更香,真係好好食😋。下次試吓拼煎韭菜餃先😝
