To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同朋友來飲中午茶，酒樓採用自助煲水機，需於門外選好那一款茶葉。所有點心一$18 ，無論大點、中點、小點或特點，幾抵食。綠茶芋頭餅一盒有三塊，幾大塊。芋頭餅甜甜的，外層有芝麻，幾香口。擂沙湯圓店上為旁邊的腸粉加豉油時，不小心把豉油淋在湯圓上視若無睹。湯圓包芝麻餡料，十分甜。蝦網腸粉外層包着脆脆的網，要趁熱食，否則豉油會把網卷整淋。鮮蝦腐皮卷外層的腐皮炸得夠脆口，不算太油膩，附上的喼汁欠缺酸味，餡料有蝦肉。
