今日約咗麻甩系朋友食飯,所以特登揀咗食串燒啤一啤佢。知道白布街呢一頭有好幾間串燒店,就過咗嚟呢一頭搵食。重口味嘅代表當然唔少得韭菜。韭菜燒得啱啱好,配合小辣嘅調味粉,再加少少孜然粉,相當惹味。幾鍾意呢一個推介嘅日式煉奶燒麻薯。煙煙韌韌嘅麻薯,加上煉奶同埋花生碎,識落好夾,平時比較少食到。冬菇鹹蛋黃臘腸竹筒飯係餐廳嘅推介。$46來講唔算太抵,食落都香,但係鹹蛋味可以再出少少。芝心丸同埋墨魚丸就不過不失啦。$35嘅牛脷唔算抵食,但作為食串燒嘅必食都要一試。金菇肥牛卷配上日式燒汁好好食。金菇大大扎,肥牛唔算太油膩個人覺得燒菠蘿可以再烤焦少少。三色雞翼有蜜糖,蒜頭,同埋黑椒味。火候控制得啱啱好,裏面保留左肉汁,一啲都唔乾。食到最尾有驚喜,食串燒就最怕熱氣,當我仲同朋友諗緊陣間食咩甜品降下火嘅時候,店員就為我地送上左呢個透心涼嘅桃膠糖水。非常足料,都唔會太甜。重要嘅係通風做得好好,食完都唔覺得自己一身油煙味,作為小潔癖嘅我,覺得呢點值得一讚。
