2021年10月19日 星期二今晚收左工已經差不多6點,返到大圍決定同老婆出街食,費事煮飯咁岩見到隆亨新開張左呢一間餐廳,睇落去似係食串燒,出面寫住堂食同外賣都做緊九折,於是無諗太多就入左去坐低左再慢慢睇返餐牌,發現串燒既選擇都有幾多,除咗肉類之外,仲有海鮮同小食,價錢仲要唔貴添,所以我哋每樣都叫少少黎試下等左大約10分鐘左右,首先到既係錫紙花甲粉,見到有好多配料係裡面,除咗花甲同粉絲,仲有葱粒、蒜頭、辣椒等等,味道好足夠 食得到花甲既鮮味,但整體又唔算辣,粉絲吸收晒湯汁既濃汁添之後到串燒既部分有豬、牛、羊、雞串燒組合,者係每款肉各有一串,上面全部都撒上調味料燒,再配上沙爹醬,食落去好惹味,如果配埋啤酒簡直係一流,約埋三五知己一邊食一邊傾實好開心另外仲點左燒一口牛肉粒同燒牛舌,兩款都有濃郁既牛肉味,而且唔會好韌,燒得岩岩好再黎有西京燒雞扒,黎到既時候師傅已經煎開一舊舊方便進食,雞扒既外皮仍然好香脆,有好濃烈既西京燒汁,裡面既肉質無諗到可以咁幼嫩,以為燒完之後肉質一定會變得好乾,但食落反而仲有好多汁最後仲有錫紙牛油焗金菇,一打開錫紙就有好香既牛油味,而且金菇既份量好多,兩個人食夠晒,感覺

最後仲有錫紙牛油焗金菇,一打開錫紙就有好香既牛油味,而且金菇既份量好多,兩個人食夠晒,感覺每一啖都食緊好多牛油,邪惡得黎又好好食
