To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

西區呢邊都有好多好野食， 分分鐘可以食返舊式的味道。講返呢一間餐廳先啦! 一望門面就唔係企理個種，行過你都未必會想入去食嘢。 好彩入到去都可以接受啦! 而且都有幾樣名物。豉油王雞翼撈麵個樣似瑞士雞翼，味道都有啲似瑞士雞翼，甜甜地，豉油王應該係鹹嘛? 肉質都嫩冇黏牙，麵係比平時食的幼麵幼身少少，但有少少鹼水味。葱粒好香。南乳豬手河粉有幾大舊，而且幾肥美，河粉都幾滑身。柱候牛腩撈麵牛腩都炆得幾腍，同樣係幼麵。蠔油芥蘭爽脆
