To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢一間燒肉喺旺角屹立好多年，而且價錢十分之抵，今日就約咗朋友過嚟食。一坐低店員就遞上前菜，有酸辣泡菜，爽脆大豆芽，爽甜蘿蔔，海帶等。生菜新鮮爽口，用黎包肉一齊食好正。和牛拼盤 呢個和牛拼盤好多人叫，入面有美國上肩胛肉，美國牛小排，美國下肩胛，日本A4上腦肉，牛肉眼，1++韓牛肉眼，澳洲和牛頸脊，澳洲和牛舌，種類好多，牛肉味道濃郁，牛肉入口幼嫩軟林，牛舌非常爽口。韓式海鮮湯海鮮份量多，大蝦爽口彈牙，泡菜酸辣開胃。原個菠蘿沙冰菠蘿香甜美味，好大杯飲極都仲有。
