今晚過左黎銅鑼灣京華中心嘅京花朝食京滬菜。上網睇到呢度嘅醉蟹腳想試左好耐。門面牆身走優雅中國風。入到去感覺有d 似小包廂形式。今次就叫左個$268/每位嘅2人餐。有湯、飯同甜品。螺頭、豬肉、桂圓、雞腳燉湯 湯頭好清甜,都幾足料。北京醬蹄醬蹄切到薄薄一片,配埋惹味嘅辣椒蒜頭調味,幾開胃。蒜泥白肉粉皮 白肉份量唔算好多,辣嘅後勁幾犀利,蒜味再濃d會較好。老家回鍋肉 腩肉質地唔錯,調味比食開嘅回鍋肉甜左少少。京蔥炒牛肉份量幾足,牛肉唔會用左過多嘅鬆肉粉。味道超下飯。花雕話梅醉松葉蟹腳連埋蟹鉗有5大件,會連埋較剪俾你剪蟹腳。剪出黎真係啖啖肉,蟹肉浸到入晒味。重點經話梅調味嘅花雕酒味份外鮮甜。超正超滿足。最後仲會有個杏仁豆腐:淡淡嘅杏仁清甜,口感就有d 似大菜糕。另外一讚佢地提供嘅茶係唔錯嘅茶葉。
