To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食神叉燒其實之前已經好出名，之前都慕名黎食左佢個黯然銷魂飯。今日再次蒞臨發現佢而家多左個滋味二人套餐，價錢非常抵。叉燒白切雞 雙拼其實净係望個色澤就知係靚啦。梅頭叉燒玫瑰露味非常突出, 而且肉質唔肥又唔柴；白切雞嫩滑多汁。蝦仁炒蛋呢個蝦仁炒蛋應該叫蝦仁炒滑蛋，第一次食滑蛋+蝦仁呢個配搭，蛋同蝦嫩到好似滑入你個口入面咁，滑蛋食到有淡淡既奶味，幾好食。啫啫唐生菜單食有少少咸，但食落都爽口既，配飯一流。仲有2碗例湯，都足料唔差嫁。食物黎得好快，服務人員態度又好好，真係值得再黎！
