在清明節及翌日,我跟好姊妹住土瓜灣8度酒店兩日,第二天,我們走到第一天經過又想幫襯的餐廳!我們走到新山道的潮州菜館 <四點金飯店> 食午餐!Menu以上菜次序:鮮蝦潮州炒麵 $54略嫌炒麵有鹼水味及較油膩!淋上黑色的鎮江切醋,把口味起死回生! 不但減膩之餘,還帶出開胃誘人的酸香!配料有肉絲、爽口的蝦...等!招牌脆蛋散 $18/4 件這是店方的招牌菜式之一,加上價錢合理!況且,就算家人是潮州人,也未必會做這款美食,所以,我決定點來一試!大大件又超鬆化可口,蘸上糖漿已經把味道提升另一層次!香煎紅桃粿 $20/2 件最後送上來的是潮州紅桃粿 ,我們還要追單呢!熱辣辣香噴噴!香煎至外層香脆,內裡軟糯,夾雜滿滿的糯米飯、花生、芹菜...等,滿載潮州風味!
