今日我們二人第一次來光顧,點了鹵水鵝、鵝翼、鵝掌、𧐢餅、石榴雞、招牌蛋散和綠豆爽,服務殷勤不停換碟、沖茶、大碟轉小碟,不用我們叫才做,全程自動波,我以為自己不在香港😂,菜式算得上我在香港嚐過潮州茶中不是第一也是第二,份量大、用料足,鹵水鵝肉不會太咸,味道剛剛好,肉質滑,伴碟花生也很入味又大粒,蛋散更是驚喜之作,功夫茶好滑好純,很美滿的一餐,價錢合理,下次一定會帶朋友來試試其他菜式,今天點菜式有點多,最後要帶走蠔餅,香港少見性價比高的食肆😋

開業了十多年的店舖 ,很久沒有幫襯 ,趁假日和家人去食了個午餐。 店舖共有兩層,今次坐在樓上雅座,環境比較安靜寬敞, 一家人可以靜靜地享受午膳和傾下計也不錯。 樓上服務員的態度也十分殷勤,經常為我們 主動斟水。 今次叫了點心拼盤, 因沒有潮州粉果的關係 ,用多兩隻蝦餃補上, 不是說笑 ,蝦餃好大隻,皮薄餡靚,其他點心也很不錯。推介。胡椒芝麻餅也是熱辣辣的, 入口有淡淡的黑胡椒味,鬆脆好味。 也點了一個客飯,雙菇炒肉片, 夠鑊氣。 另不可忽略的是糖醋麵,保持水準。茶水每位约12元,免加一。 還有其他午膳客飯都係約 80多元一客連湯和白飯, 性價比高 ,下次再試試其他款式。

~鹵水鴨拼盤,佢個鹵水真係,好好食,仲叫左碗白粥一齊食先配搭,好味道,拼盤又擺得好精美。
唔知係咪同朋友,一路食一路傾,我地再叫左個薑蔥生蠔煲,個煲蠔焗到很嫩,很甜美,但蠔好似唔太多,好似得6隻,不過,都好食。
最後甜品出場啦…蛋散一份,每次我食完飯,都必定食埋甜品先叫完美。

我與朋友三位剛剛去到,有個四眼姐姐企枱話全場已經訂滿,冇訂枱無位,本想離開,但點知剛剛有其他人入內話無訂枱6位就即刻給張枱給他們。真係感動不好受,再進入與四眼姐姐理論,為何他們無訂枱就有枱?真係一肚氣,不知什麼餐廳,歧視人少唔俾枱。企枱又無禮貌無品,問點解三位無枱?六位有枱?四眼姐姐真係好無禮貌話唔通比大枱你哋三位呀?作為一個服務員,作為一間老字號的食店,來得食飯必然是熟客,必然是喜歡食潮州菜,這樣的服務態度真係大打折扣。

潮州嘢 向來都是豐儉由人 可以排骨春菜吃到飽 也可以獅頭鵝 魚飯貴上天 而 四點金 是一家將街頭和高級融合得很好的街坊選擇。

因為唔想過海,但係朋友又想食潮州菜,見到有個報導介紹呢間鋪頭,所以就去試一試兩個人唔食得太多嘢,叫咗鵝腸拼墨魚,價錢計法係淨鵝腸172蚊加墨魚55蚊,原來鵝腸係咁貴,我記憶中食嘅鹵水鵝腸係冇肥膏嘅,但係呢度每一條都有好飽滿嘅肥膏,超級肥,我哋逐條逐條自己去咗啲肥膏,可能係我食得少見識少。。。墨魚正常發揮冇特別另外叫咗個椒鹽九肚魚,脆身唔太油,ok不過排骨炆春菜就非常之唔好食,完全冇味道,冇排骨味亦都冇鮮味最好食嘅係芋泥,甜度適中,亦都非常軟整體嚟講呢度服務好過食物,如果喺九龍區我覺得金燕島潮州菜質素更好

一班人去食打冷,揀左呢間,因為係朋友食過推介既,而且環境比較好,坐得舒服啲。食打冷首先係試鹵水,當然唔少得鹵水鵝。要左下庄,唔算大份。味道偏清淡,同微甜,唔好濃味既朋友應該會鍾意。鵝肉都唔會好稔,比較有咬口。整體黎講都算ok。再試埋鹵水鵝肝同鵝腸,肝都滑,有少少粉,鹵水味偏淡。個人比較鍾意鵝腸,好爽口,又唔會韌,質地好好。打冷另一樣必試既係蠔餅,呢度係煎蠔烙。啲蠔仔都好多好大隻,蛋味都幾香,如果再煎香脆啲就完美。朋友話未食過薄殼,就叫左碟金不換炒薄殼。味道都幾好,但似泰式多啲。見餐牌有石榴雞,就點份黎試下。傳統係用雞皮包住啲雞肉粒同疏菜餡,之後拎去蒸。呢嗰就只係用腐皮黎做,味道ok,但就沒咩特別。之後就試兩樣朋友推介既餸。先黎燒汁脆蟮,燒汁好惹味,蟮都好脆身,幾香口,有少少可惜係蟮肉唔爽口。再黎係椒鹽鮮魷,好惹味,炸漿又薄又脆,魷魚鮮甜爽口,推介👍🏻👍🏻最後甜品都係朋友既推介,先黎潮州最出名既反沙芋。已經好少有鋪頭做,呢度都做得唔錯。最後呢嗰先係全晚最正既,就係蛋散!!即叫即做,超香超鬆化,真心香港No. 1😍😍甜品份量唔少,建議大家留肚食。
