To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午餐跟同事去了一間冰廰，位置於灣仔地鐵站附近，非常方便。冰室，冰廳梗有一間係左近，同事就推介了呢間。羅餸湯跟餐加六元可享用中/西式餐湯或飲品。味道夠濃厚，可見大量蔬菜熬製，非常鮮甜。皇牌鮮茄焗雞扒飯講得皇牌，當然要試吓啦。賣相不錯。醬汁頗多夠濕潤感。飯是炒底，一絲不苟，每粒都能沾上醬汁，好味。採用新鮮蕃茄，還有多種菜蔬，特別鮮甜。雞扒肉質軟熟，香口惹味。午市套餐大約六十至七十元，灣仔區來說，抵食。
