To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 趁lunch time到灣仔大友廣場辦事,過程比預期順利,還有時間吃個簡餐。在商場逛了逛,選定2樓的安南越式牛肉粉,要等1個號,約10分鐘就有位 (要搭枱,中間有膠板分隔)點了午市套餐,包括以下的:#香茅豬扒飯:定價66元(包熱飲1杯,港式凍飲加3元/杯,越式特飲加6元/杯),份量足!豬扒配了葱油,惹味!白飯不夠熱;配上醃蘿蔔和青瓜,解油膩!#椰汁冰:加6元/杯,椰汁味濃郁,夏天喝這個,解喝又消暑,讚一個!下次來試試招牌牛肉粉!
