The restaurant is adjacent to my work place, as a result, I eat there frequently. I like eating Thai cuisine very much and this restaurant provide tasty Thai food at reasonable price. And my favourite cuisine is the Pig Knuckles With Rice In Thai Style. The pig knuckles are juicy. I believed that it has been marinated for a long time, so it burst with favour.
Although the parsley on the top is for decoration merely, it add marks on the outlook of the dish.
However, the rice is over-cooked, the taste of the rice is too soft and some rices are sticked together . The lucky thing is that I am saturated after I have finished all the pig knuckles, as the quantity is great. As a result, I just eat a few rices, as it does not taste well.
If the restaurant use a improved method in cooking rice, most of their cuisine will taste better.
