To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間鋪頭仔喺鰂魚涌一條小巷入面，位置唔顯眼，都係經過見到就試下，點知原來好full，坐滿之餘，仲勁多人等緊。最後等左15分鐘先坐低😓今次我叫咗一份軟餃子棒配烏冬$52，揀咗鰹魚湯底+$6 (有少少貴😅)，呢個價錢來講，整體都好食嘅，又唔係話好貴，但無咩特別🫢朋友叫左個帶子三文魚丼，望落同食落都好新鮮😜不過價錢略貴$103。帶子鮮甜，三文魚都唔會好薄，男仔食都夠滿足。最後，唔建議特登加$5換一盒紙包飲品🥲整體來講，因為環境幾窄(lunch要搭枱)，好嘈之外、老闆娘講嘢又好大聲，而且得佢一個樓面，搞到不停出錯😩我個烏冬佢又比錯咗其他人，叫佢俾份新嘅我，佢堅持話其他人冇食過，所以叫我照食😖所以感覺唔太好，下一次未必嚟食了🫤
