To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

知道堅尼地城站隔離，士美非路市政大廈2樓熟食中心間「誠記」食沙嗲牛肉好好食。🥳2個同事都食”沙嗲牛肉公仔麵” (+腸蛋 & +蛋)😂，咁我就叫個”牛筋菜肉餃幼麵”啦😌。另外我地再食多個”西多士”。😙估唔到呢間餐廳😉除咗沙嗲牛肉好食之外，牛筋菜肉餃幼麵都令我有驚喜🤩。湯底腩汁味濃、牛筋炆到好腍、菜肉餃嘅菜同肉味道好分明。重點係幼麵冇咩鹼水味。而西多士係即叫即整，外脆內軟，送餐枱時，已經切好咗6細件，方便我地share食。西多士上面除咗已經有牛油同糖漿之外，仲落埋煉奶。好邪惡呀！但忍唔住要再食多2件。價錢仲好抵食。每碗麵都係27-35蚊。😍西多士16蚊。😎不過飲品就要另外叫，冇套餐嘅。
