To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間酒樓與媽媽居所距離不遠，又有長者優惠免茶錢，午市八折，下午茶又有半價，所以一有時間，我們都會來這裏飲茶。今日點了優惠套餐及二款小食，分別係干炒牛河，海蜇燻蹄，五香牛及醉雞，另外還有芝麻卷，媽媽很喜歡，每次必點。醉雞有濃郁洒香，肉嫩滑，但味道太淡，牛河份量很多，牛肉夠淋，味道很好，不會肥膩，其他小食味道不錯，可惜牛有少許辣，我不大喜歡。
