🥘新加坡唎沙摻摻摻麵口感豐富👍🏼 喇沙湯底好濃郁,非常之夠味,椰奶味比較濃;但味道一啲都唔辣~ 非常好。另外,豆腐卜吸晒喇沙嘅湯底,裏面軟綿綿,非常之正。配料除咗有剝咗學嘅蝦之外,仲有細魚蛋,魚片頭;通菜嘅莖部(呢個幾有趣)喇沙湯麵會跟埋有蝦醬同埋青檸檬🍋 都唔好睇小,青檸嘅汁加落去麵條上面,都幾refreshing 建議可以係食到一半之後,先再加,帶嚟新嘅口味😋🦐檳城蝦麵原來蝦麵都係參參嘅麵底,可以食到更加豐富口感。相比起喇沙湯底,蝦面湯底嘅蝦味就非常之突出,奶味無咁強、相對上比較清。配料就有喇沙無嘅腩肉。炒芥蘭(蝦頭膏)蝦頭整出嚟嘅蝦膏就應該貴重啲、味讚我都覺得唔錯。芥蘭都唔會太粗,幾好食。

炒芥蘭(蝦頭膏)
蝦頭整出嚟嘅蝦膏就應該貴重啲、味讚我都覺得唔錯。芥蘭都唔會太粗,幾好食。
