To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好味牛河喺YouTube見到人食越南菜食得咁滋味，搵下有冇咩越南菜好味，就揀咗呢間喺聯和墟外邊 地方好易搵牛河價錢合理，都幾抵食叫咗個生牛肉湯河，48蚊，味道確實有啲驚喜湯嘅口味可口得嚟又唔會過濃，相當合我個人口味最尾仲成碗湯入埋添份量嚟講都係合理，食哂成碗啱啱好夠飽嘅感覺畀嘅牛肉份量都算多，牛肉質感偏唸，味道比預期更好味，好有牛味河粉都唔會浸到淋哂，帶到牛肉湯嘅鮮甜，美味可口總括嚟講CP值足夠高，可以嚟呢度過下越南菜癮！
