To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係呢頭返工,平日lunch 都係度食,今次第一次食晚餐,估唔到又幾好! 餐廳做緊優惠,叫左個冬蔭功明爐烏頭再加多個小菜都係二百蚊左右,咁我地就叫左鐵板牛仔骨。另外再加左牛肉沙律同菠蘿炒飯,三個人食岩岩好! 首先要讚下個冬蔭功烏頭,味道幾好,唔會太辣又夠香,可以當湯飲都得。烏頭還可以,係有啲魚鱗唔清。牛仔骨超級惹味,係油左少少。牛肉沙律十分清新,唔會太多香料太濃味。菠蘿炒飯勁多菠蘿粒,亦炒得幾乾身,好味!
