To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

抵食又好食的冰室

下午四點幾,朋友過來大圍探我,住了大圍五年幾,經過呢間冰室無數次,今日係第一次入去食嘢的,門口感覺好殘舊,地方很小,比起平日望入來的壯觀畫面差天共地,可能是太晏的關係是吧,全場只有兩張檯有客. 我們叫了兩個午餐--叉燒通粉-->>通粉滑滑的,叉燒剛剛好,不肥也不瘦~火腿奄列,多士 -->>大路貨色~餐飲 -->>叫了我的至愛"凍奶茶少甜",好有茶味,唔錯~而兩個小朋友也是叫下午茶餐--雞翼沙律--雞翼即炸脆卜卜,又唔會滲血水, 炸的時間剛剛好,沙律份量較少,不過,才19蚊個餐,仲想點呢?4個餐埋單都係88蚊,抵食又好食,下次出大圍市中心時,一定會再來~
