棒棒鵝肝好鍾意呢個凍盤!餐廳用白酒煮過鵝肝之後整成棒棒糖的形狀,灑滿開心果粒係表面做成唔同口感,再混入喜馬拉雅海鹽同黑胡椒,令到鵝肝creamy得黎但係外層的開心果粒適當的減輕鵝肝的膩。成個感覺有d似食truffle chocolate😆,但係用棒棒的形式拎著食感覺好開心~炸黑毛豬火腿球伴蘋果蜜糖蛋黃醬咬落去食到奶駱同火腿粒咸咸地好得意,雖然火腿唔係好大粒但係都好夠味,因為火腿係咸既,所以個醬就係蘋果蜜糖蛋黃醬,甜甜地中和返個味。巴塞隆拿式烤紅蝦雖然我唔知 bacelona式烤法係點,不過食落味道真係同一般烤紅蝦有所不同。佢地係紅蝦而唔係虎蝦,所以蝦頭非常多汁好好食,蝦肉口感比虎蝦諗身,但係都好有口感。成個感覺好好,主廚會同客人講解食物係點搭配,睇得出係好有heart既餐廳😃

炸黑毛豬火腿球伴蘋果蜜糖蛋黃醬
咬落去食到奶駱同火腿粒咸咸地好得意,雖然火腿唔係好大粒但係都好夠味,因為火腿係咸既,所以個醬就係蘋果蜜糖蛋黃醬,甜甜地中和返個味。
