To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同我家男神去ikea食個豐富既午餐呢到系自助形式，先拎托盤，亦可以使用手推餐車，然後挑選食物，再去收銀處俾錢。最經典瑞典肉丸($20/8粒)+奶油味濃又creamy既薯蓉，再配上紅苺醬同蘑菇汁。蔬菜薯餅($15/2件)西蘭花同薯仔混合，口感豐富，味道清新。雞翼($16/4隻)雞翼炸得香口惹味。煙三文魚沙律($33)兩大塊煙三文魚配上沙律菜，再加上香草醬。德國腸配薯仔酸菜德國腸份量好多，味道帶點胡椒微辣，酸菜味道夠酸。藍苺紅苺芝士餅($19)藍苺醬酸酸甜甜中和芝士餅既甜度，略嫌紅苺醬部分過酸。是次消費$15x，兩個人食到捧住個肚走，抵食又好味食完記得要將餐盤放去收集處。
