To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本人非常喜歡食泰國菜，聽朋友講呢間串燒好食，所以黎試下，未到門口已經嗅到好香，入到舖頭急不及待睇下有咩好食，我地3人先叫左6串串燒(雞、牛、豬)，果然好好味，我地仲叫左炒聖子、炒蜆同馬拉盞通菜，聖子同通菜好有鑊氣，反而炒蜆覺得淡左D，至於甜品就係芒果糯米飯。成餐飯最驚喜係串燒真係好好食，下次會再食過
